Tech Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tech Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both technology and international expansion positions. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will partner with hiring managers across Vilgain’s offices in Prague, Brno and London to build high‑quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned tech and expansion roles, from intake to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for motivation, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain the ATS, provide structured candidate summaries and hiring recommendations.
• Support employer branding and talent‑pipeline initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance and 90‑day retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tech recruitment (in‑house, agency or fast‑growing environment).
• Strong sourcing abilities and comfort handling 10‑12 roles simultaneously.
• Excellent interviewing skills using behavioral and STAR techniques.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and makes decisions without extensive guidance.
• Fluent English; Czech language skills are a plus.
