Technical Support & Pre-Sales Engineer (Mobile Forensics)

Key responsibilities

• Travel globally to provide technical expertise during sales meetings, product demos, and international conferences.
• Collaborate with R&D and Development teams to translate client feedback into new product features.
• Deliver high‑level technical support for complex mobile forensic challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and presentation materials for business use.

Required profile

• Deep curiosity about software‑hardware interaction and a strong technical mindset.
• Solid understanding of the Windows operating system and driver management.
• Fluent English with the ability to explain complex technology to both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel abroad across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Required skills

• Experience with Android rooting, iOS jailbreaking, or bootloader unlocking.
• Familiarity with mobile technologies and digital investigation tools.
• Background in technical support, pre‑sales engineering, or testing.
