Technical Support Specialist – German & Slovak

About the role

Infosys is seeking a bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join its Brno hub. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, handling incidents and service requests in German and Slovak while providing remote troubleshooting for a range of IT issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and manage approximately 40 daily calls and email tickets.
• Provide 1st‑line remote support for devices, networks, applications and peripherals.
• Prioritize incidents by impact and urgency, assigning appropriate severity levels.
• Own user problems from intake to resolution, communicating status updates promptly.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards and adhere to service‑management principles.
• Create and update knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and Slovak.
• Strong active listening, ability to work independently.
• Ownership, responsibility and critical thinking.
