About the role

Join Trezor, the pioneer behind the world’s first hardware wallet, as a Technical Support Specialist. You will assist global users through written conversations, turning complex crypto issues into clear, actionable solutions while deepening your expertise across the Trezor ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously learn about the entire Trezor ecosystem, staying up‑to‑date with cryptocurrency and digital‑security trends.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, translating technical blockchain problems into smooth user experiences.
• Support users on hardware wallets and the Trezor Suite application, guiding them through key tasks with empathy and precision.
• Provide pre‑sales guidance and post‑purchase support, ensuring every customer feels heard and informed.
• Moderate community forums, maintaining respectful and accurate conversations.
• Improve and maintain the knowledge base, user manuals, and self‑help content.
• Participate in side projects such as QA, product design, marketing, or fraud prevention.
• Assist adjacent support functions, including logistics, during peak periods or staffing gaps.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client‑facing tech support or similar roles where troubleshooting complex issues was essential.
• Tech‑savvy and enthusiastic about solving problems across software, hardware, and operating systems.
• Resilience and empathy, especially when helping customers through high‑stress or financial setbacks.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Slack, Notion, GitHub, or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working with macOS or Linux‑based workflows.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to think out‑of‑the‑box.
• Live near Prague and able to work on‑site 1–2 days per week.
