Tender & Supply Chain Specialist – Central and Eastern Europe

About the role

The Tender & Supply Chain Specialist for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region will be based in Prague and support Celltrion’s commercial operations across six markets (CZ, SK, RO, HU, LT, LV). The role combines tender management, pricing oversight and supply‑chain data reconciliation to ensure contractual compliance and uninterrupted supply of biosimilar products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly sales‑volume reconciliation by matching distributor sell‑out data, hospital delivery notes and contracted tender volumes.
• Track and reconcile actual selling prices against tender‑agreed prices, rebates and discount structures across all CEE markets.
• Maintain a centralized regional tender database, capture submission histories and support commercial teams during tender preparation.
• Execute quarterly inventory reconciliation between distributor stock reports, warehouse counts and internal ERP systems.
• Consolidate multi‑country sales forecasts and hospital tender burn‑rates to build demand models that prevent stock outs or excess inventory.
• Manage purchase orders and streamline the order‑to‑delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely fulfillment for critical biosimilar portfolios.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data reconciliation, pricing or supply‑chain functions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large, multi‑country datasets.
• Proactive communicator comfortable collaborating with commercial, finance and logistics teams.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages in the CEE region is a plus.
