Territory Manager Surgery, North Moravia

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery team is looking for a Territory Manager for the North Moravia region in Ostrava. The role is responsible for sales results in the assigned region and franchise, building and maintaining productive relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, specialists and other customers regularly in the region
• Educate customers on the products of the MD division
• Analyze the potential of the territory to maximise business objectives
• Take part in major medical congresses, symposia, fairs and exhibitions
• Report to the supervisor and submit activity reports, call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Monitor competition by gathering pricing and product information
• Submit orders using price lists and product literature, and prepare tender offers with other departments
• Provide technical support during surgeries and take part in customer education
• Prepare account sales plans with the sales manager, cooperate with hospital management, and help prepare the business unit sales strategy
• Coach colleagues and lead projects outside the core portfolio

Required profile

• High school or university degree
• Very good knowledge of English
• Previous successful experience as a sales representative
• Willingness to travel and a driving licence

• Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Preferred: business development, compliance management, market research, solutions selling, OKRs

• Base pay of CZK 665,000 to 1,030,400
