Therapy Development Marketing Manager – European Referrer Engagement

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to lead European referrer engagement for aortic stenosis patients. The role focuses on shaping the CATALYST program, removing referral barriers, and driving high‑quality patient pathways across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the European Therapy Development strategy, including the CATALYST program roadmap.
• Partner with country marketing and commercial teams to identify referral bottlenecks and develop targeted HCP engagement models.
• Design and optimise educational sessions, referral events, peer‑to‑peer exchanges and digital programmes for healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Medical Affairs, Professional Education and external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Monitor programme performance, consolidate learnings across markets and report success metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field with significant experience in therapy development, HCP engagement or strategic marketing.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages such as French, German or Italian are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital engagement tools.
• Experience managing CRM‑based campaign workflows.
• Ability to build and interpret dashboards and program performance reports.
