Transport Specialist

About the role

As a Transport Specialist you will ensure AB InBev’s products reach customers on time and in full across multiple European markets. You will coordinate transport activities, monitor performance and work with carriers, warehouses and cross‑functional supply‑chain teams to drive efficiency and cost improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own transport planning and execution for assigned markets, balancing service, cost and capacity.
• Monitor transport execution, resolve delivery exceptions and disruptions.
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, customer service and supply‑chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and analyse logistics KPIs such as OTIF, transport plan attainment and variable logistics costs.
• Lead carrier performance reviews and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational issues.
• Support testing, deployment and stabilisation of new logistics systems, tools and processes.
• Maintain accurate data in SAP, transport‑management systems and reporting platforms.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, transport or supply‑chain functions.
• Understanding of supply‑chain and transportation processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to decide under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Ability to build effective relationships across teams and external partners.
• Fluent English; additional European language (French, German or Dutch) is a plus.
