UI/UX Designer

About the role

In the CX/UX Designer role, you will build upon your UX design foundation to take on more responsibility in shaping user experiences. You will engage in designing more detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while contributing to user research and usability testing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes, storyboards, and user flows with moderate supervision.
• Conduct user research sessions and compile feedback for actionable insights.
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intentions.
• Assist in leading usability testing and analyzing findings to improve designs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals.
• Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
• Implement user feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
• Stay informed on UX trends and share relevant insights with the team.
• Support junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
