Unblinded Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the role

ICON is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join its sponsor‑dedicated model in Prague. You will support the design, monitoring, and analysis of clinical trials, ensuring high‑quality data and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high‑quality clinical data.
• Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In‑depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH‑GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
