About the role

Join the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague as a Waiter/Waitress and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be part of a professional team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of hospitality in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and professional attitude.
• Provide first‑class service throughout the meal, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage table turnover efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and other hotel departments to coordinate service.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer focus.
