Account Manager – Medical Devices (Prague)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join Becton Dickinson Czechia in Prague. The role focuses on growing key customer accounts for our peripheral intervention medical technology portfolio, building strong relationships with clinicians, purchasing teams and hospital administrators across the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clinicians, purchasing departments and hospital administration.
• Identify customer needs and promote BD’s product portfolio and solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for designated accounts.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales or account management experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Czech and English.
• Strong understanding of the Czech healthcare market and procurement processes.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the Czech Republic.
