About the role
We are seeking an experienced Analog Design Manager to lead and further develop our analog design team in Prague. The role combines hands‑on mixed‑signal IC design with technical leadership and people management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and mentor a team of about seven analog design engineers, providing technical guidance and people‑management.
- Participate actively in circuit and architecture development, design reviews, and critical design decisions.
- Take ownership of complex analog and mixed‑signal circuits for advanced sensor interface and connectivity products.
- Guide the team through all IC development phases from concept through silicon validation and production ramp.
- Establish engineering methodologies, design reviews and technical ownership to ensure first‑time‑right silicon.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics or a related discipline.
- Typically ten or more years of experience in analog or mixed‑signal IC design.
Required skills
- High‑speed and precision analog interfaces.
- Line drivers and receivers.
- Analog front‑ends and signal‑conditioning circuits.
- Clock generation and recovery circuits.
- Data converters and mixed‑signal calibration concepts.
