Associate Account Manager – French Speaking (Travel Partnerships)

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for a French‑speaking Associate Account Manager to join its Travel Partnerships and Advertising team. You will work directly with hotel partners to improve their visibility, rates and promotional offers on Expedia’s global platforms, helping travelers find the perfect accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market data and collaborate with partners to optimise content, rates and availability on Expedia sites.
• Secure additional lodging rates and inventory during high‑demand periods.
• Negotiate and implement promotional offers that support brand merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Educate partners on self‑service tools available through Expedia Partner Central.
• Re‑engage dormant partners and support demand‑generation activities.
• Maintain a daily volume of partner calls, providing feedback to improve competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar partner‑facing environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• High‑impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurial mindset and strong empathy.
• Enthusiasm for innovative technology and fast‑changing business environments.
