Associate Account Manager – Hotels (German Speaking)

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for a German‑speaking Associate Account Manager to join the Partner Growth & Agility (PGA) team. You will work with hotel partners to ensure Expedia’s product offering is competitive, attractive and relevant for travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize hotel content, rates and availability on Expedia sites to boost conversion.
• Secure additional lodging rates and inventory during high‑demand periods.
• Obtain promotional offers to support merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Educate partners on self‑service tools available through Expedia Partner Central.
• Re‑establish relationships with dormant partners and support demand‑generation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or partnership environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• High‑impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship and empathy.
• Strong appetite for innovative technology, fast‑changing business environments and data‑driven decision making.
• Clear, persuasive communication and a results‑focused mindset.
