Associate Territory Director for Ukraine

About the role

Silvus, a Motorola Solutions company, is seeking a full‑time Associate Territory Director for Ukraine. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development, you will drive revenue, customer engagement and strategic initiatives across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the International Sales and Business Development team to execute the territory sales strategy and achieve revenue goals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in defense, government and public‑safety markets.
• Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Represent Silvus at trade shows, industry events and field demos to build pipeline and brand awareness.
• Track opportunity data, customer interactions and forecasts in the CRM.
• Support proposal processes and collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing and support teams.
• Monitor regional trends, threats and competitor activity and share insights with leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education and at least 3 years of sales, business development or account‑management experience.
• Experience with tactical communications, wireless systems or networking technologies.
• Proven sales experience to defense, public‑safety or technology sectors.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with high attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of tactical communications, wireless systems and networking technologies.
