Aviation Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an aviation‑savvy Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager. You will help coordinate trade‑show activities, create on‑site content and manage promotional materials for AIR TEAM.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade‑show participation from logistics to on‑site support and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Produce photo, video and social‑media content directly from hangars, shops and events.
• Prepare newsletters, marketing collateral and inputs for promotional materials.
• Manage promotional items and printed goods, including stock, ordering, quality checks and packing.
• Communicate with Czech and English‑speaking suppliers, handling follow‑ups and claims.
• Organise operational tasks in ClickUp and maintain clear, searchable files aligned with the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure all deliverables reflect aviation context for pilots, MRO, GA and defence audiences.

Required profile

• Aviation education (secondary or university) with an avionics focus or a valid PPL (or higher).
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently without constant direction.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and Czech communication skills for supplier interaction.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
