AWS Agentic AI Engineer (Prague)

About the role

We are looking for an AWS Agentic AI Engineer to build, integrate, test, and operate production‑ready agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases. The role involves hands‑on work with Amazon Bedrock and related technologies, collaborating with solution architects and engineers to deliver reliable implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI applications from refined business and technical requirements.
• Implement agent workflows, prompts, model integrations, memory, RAG, tool calling, security controls, and human‑in‑the‑loop steps.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and support automated deployment through CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Monitor, evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve agent quality, reliability, latency, security, and cost in collaboration with senior engineers and solution architects.

Required profile

• EU work permit is required.
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate, or AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile delivery team with engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
