Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for our enterprise platform. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate deployments, improve scalability and ensure high availability in Azure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML and multi‑stage releases.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform.
• Manage Azure resources such as AKS, App Services, VMs and networking; monitor them via Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Integrate security controls (Azure Defender, RBAC) and implement GitOps workflows with Azure Repos.
• Work with private interconnect solutions (ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, Cloud Interconnect), VPC peering and ingress/egress gateway architectures.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, optimise cloud costs and support disaster‑recovery processes.
• Collaborate on hybrid or multi‑cloud environments (AWS, GCP, OpenShift, Tanzu, Rancher) as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• AZ‑400 certification or equivalent Azure expertise.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and handle on‑call responsibilities.

• Networking: ExpressRoute, VPC peering, ingress/egress gateways.
• Cross‑cloud knowledge: AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch) and GCP basics.
• Hybrid/cloud platforms: OpenShift, Tanzu, Rancher, KubeVirt.
• AI productivity tools: code assistants, prompt engineering.
