Bartender

About the role

As a Bartender at the CottoCrudo Bar in Four Seasons Hotel Prague, you will deliver premium beverage service in a luxury hotel setting. You will craft high‑quality cocktails, advise guests on wines and spirits, and ensure every visit is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to the highest standards.
• Provide personalized recommendations and detailed descriptions of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Process guest payments accurately following hotel procedures.
• Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food‑safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous bartending or Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant, or upscale bar environment (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to deliver attentive, personalized guest service.
• Commitment to maintaining brand standards and cleanliness.
