Behavioral Health Coach (Freelance, Czechia)

About the role

Intellect is looking for a Behavioral Health Coach for its telehealth platform, guiding clients through personalized 30-minute video sessions focused on their individual goals. This is a flexible freelance role where you set your own schedule, suitable as a supplement to an existing job or private practice; local candidates are preferred but others are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clients
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination and work-life balance
• Support clients in reaching personal, career or relationship goals
• Work with the internal clinical team to continuously improve the platform and its programs

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, or a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• ICF coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Preferred: experience in EAP, adult counseling or coaching managerial roles

Required skills

• Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT and SFBT
