Beyond Borders Program – 24‑Month International Internship

About the role

The Beyond Borders Program (BBP) is a 24‑month development journey for students and early‑career talent to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Based in Prague, you will work on real projects with visible impact while gaining exposure across Central Europe and the Adriatic region.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional projects in scientific or commercial pathways.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver market‑specific solutions.
• Develop strategic, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Contribute to real‑world initiatives in medical affairs, regulatory, marketing, finance or analytics.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics or Business.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn and good communicator.
• Fluent in English.
