Brand Specialist Immunology (IBD)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Brand Specialist for its Immunology (IBD) therapeutic area in Prague. This is a full-time, customer-facing commercial role within Key Account Management (Pharmaceuticals, no commission) that drives brand growth through direct engagement with healthcare professionals, customer insights and local commercial and market development. It works closely with the Therapy Area Manager and the internal cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, products, competitors, treatment pathways and the market, and assess customer needs and barriers to patient care.
• Generate insights from physician interactions, analyze outcomes and data, and design and run commercially led programs and promotions.
• Support field-force capability building and partner with Key Account Specialists on segmentation, targeting and account plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and keep the CRM system up to date.
• Contribute to the local brand strategy, collaborate on annual brand and tactical plans, and localize approved promotional materials.
• Brief, manage and evaluate external agencies and vendors, and lead omnichannel engagement initiatives.
• Manage brand budgets and expenditures with the Therapy Area Manager, track utilization and forecast spending.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

What we offer

• Base pay range of CZK 933,000 to CZK 1,503,050.
• An annual bonus with a set target percentage, depending on pay grade and location.
