Breakfast Chef – All-Day Dining

About the role

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join Seven North restaurant in Prague. The chef will lead the breakfast service, preparing both buffet and à‑la‑carte stations and ensuring a seamless start to our guests’ day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the breakfast menu, including buffet layout and à‑la‑carte dishes.
• Maintain fresh mise‑en‑place and synchronize preparation with hotel accommodation rates.
• Monitor incoming supplies, ingredients and pre‑prepared foods.
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and food‑safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team during lunch and dinner service as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a demi chef de partie in a hotel or restaurant.
• Responsible and capable of managing a section independently.
• Early‑riser comfortable with early shifts.
• Attention to aesthetic plating and buffet presentation.
