Business Development Associate – New Hotel Partners (French) – 6‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to join the New Partners Acquisition team. You will focus on bringing high‑quality hotel properties onto our platform, driving outreach, and guiding partners through onboarding and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective hotel partners through cold calling, email, and events.
• Present Expedia’s unique value proposition and convert qualified leads into contracts.
• Negotiate standard terms, complete onboarding checklists, and ensure partners are launch‑ready.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM, track territory goals, and keep data up to date.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and partner needs to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Operations and Integrations teams to remove onboarding blockers.
• Participate in coaching sessions and contribute to playbook improvements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to manage pipelines and activities.
