Business Development Executive – Czechia & Slovakia

About the role

SINGU is building Europe’s leading platform for real‑estate operations. As a Business Development Executive you will drive new SaaS sales across the Czech and Slovak markets, working remotely from Prague while collaborating with a fast‑growing CEE team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound activities, maintaining an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, leading the full sales cycle from demos to contract negotiations using a structured methodology such as MEDDIC.
• Monitor real‑estate media, market trends and investment transactions to identify timely opportunities for SINGU.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing and regional sales leaders to deliver projects and expand international opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events and travel to face‑to‑face meetings in the region.
• Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring progress and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions with quota‑based performance.
• Strong interest in real‑estate digitalisation, software and PropTech.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English; Polish is a plus.
• Based in or near Prague and willing to travel to Slovakia for meetings.
• Stable career history and comfort working under a B2B contract with quarterly commission.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
