Business Development Manager – Server Technologies

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to join our Lenovo team within TD SYNNEX. You will drive the growth of our server technology portfolio, focusing on AI, High‑Performance Computing and cloud solutions, by building strong partnerships and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a partner network to promote Lenovo server technologies in the domestic market.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new potential partners.
• Strategically sell modern server solutions with an emphasis on AI, HPC and cloud.
• Educate partners on Lenovo technology trends and co‑create business development plans.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and marketing to shape sales strategies.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive and comfortable with challenges.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Experience in channel development or IT technology sales is a plus.
• Interest in innovations such as AI, HPC and data‑center technologies.
• Excellent communication, listening and negotiation abilities.
