Business Development Representative – German Language

About the role

The Business Development Representative will support the Sales and Marketing department by generating and nurturing leads for commercial customers. Working primarily in German, the role involves phone, email and social media outreach to prospect and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone‑call follow‑up for marketing campaigns and manage email/social media outreach.
• Identify and profile prospect companies, create leads and maintain high‑quality contacts in the CRM system.
• Nurture existing leads, collaborate daily with Country Marketing, Sales and Pre‑sales teams, and report results to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Energetic, goal‑oriented personality with strong communication skills.
• Interest in sales development and experience working on the phone.
• Basic knowledge of the IT environment and client portfolio.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and contact management.
• Competence in the Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Experience using social media platforms for outreach.
