Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Solutions Team and accelerate growth in rooftop and ground‑mounted photovoltaic and battery storage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Identify and acquire new clients in commercial, industrial, and small utility sectors for PV power plants and battery storage systems.
• Lead the full sales process from outreach to contract signing, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project teams to design optimal system configurations and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with developers, investors, utilities, and key decision‑makers.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
• Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in energy, construction, or real estate.
• Solid understanding of photovoltaic systems and battery energy storage technologies.
• Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX principles and pricing methodologies.
• Professional proficiency in Czech and English.
• Active driver willing to travel and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
