About the role
We are looking for a CAD Engineer to join our Plzen Engineering Development Center, supporting the design and development of Lear products such as seating mechanisms, foams, coatings, plastics and trim components.
Key responsibilities
- Create 3D models using Siemens NX or CATIA V5.
- Prepare 2D engineering drawings.
- Perform DMU checks and manage PLM data.
- Conduct concept design, packaging studies and legal & comfort assessments.
Required profile
- University degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with CAD design (CATIA V5 or Siemens NX).
- Strong technical understanding and good communication skills.
