CIMS Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Medior Full‑Stack Developer to join our team and help modernise AT&T’s order, delivery and assurance management systems. You will work closely with Product Management, Business Systems and Operations to deliver new features, improve existing functionality and resolve defects across the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications using Python (FastAPI) and modern cloud‑native technologies.
• Implement data persistence with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Snowflake) databases.
• Build and document RESTful APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Apply best practices for testing, code quality, static analysis and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Leverage AI‑driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs and RAGs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience coding, troubleshooting and implementing full‑stack solutions.
• Comfortable participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
