Client Business Partner - Retailer Services

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for a senior Sales person or Account Manager to join its Retailer Services team as Client Business Partner in Prague. The role suits someone with prior experience generating revenue from existing or new clients, combining knowledge of the FMCG industry with a deep understanding of NIQ's products and services. You will own the commercial relationship with retailer clients, turn opportunities into deeper partnerships and drive additional revenue and growth, supported long term by a Retail Vertical team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with retailer clients, delivering revenue plans by negotiating renewals of continuous services while identifying opportunities to meet growth targets
• Maintain existing relationships and build effective new ones with individuals and teams at clients, who come from FMCG streams such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, discounters, traditional trade, petrol stations, drug chains and online sellers
• Develop a strategic approach to growing a group of clients through agile, flexible solutions that deliver value profitably
• Represent the NIQ brand by attending and taking part in internal and external conferences and congresses
• Lead and manage projects, work independently and within a team, and challenge wider business processes

Required profile

• Experience selling enterprise-based solutions
• A proven ability to generate business across a portfolio of existing clients
• An understanding of the issues facing FMCG retailers
• Fluency in business English and Czech or Slovak
