Clinical Application Specialist - Women’s Health/ Gynecology

About the role

As a Clinical Application Specialist for Women’s Health and Gynecology, you will provide expert clinical and operational support for the ultrasound portfolio. You will deliver high‑quality education and training to customers across the Central Eastern European region, from pre‑sale through post‑implementation, and help shape future product strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer of ultrasound technology to end users.
• Act as a clinical expert, solving complex customer challenges and providing tailored education programs, including digital learning solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to support commercial strategies and identify new care areas.
• Collaborate with Segment and Product Managers to develop market entry strategies and engage Key Opinion Leaders.
• Organize and support educational initiatives such as workshops, congresses, and training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant ultrasound clinical or technical experience.
• Proven experience working with ultrasound systems, preferably in Women’s Health.
• Strong understanding of clinical education and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messages to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≈75%) and a valid driving licence.
