Clinical Research Associate 1/2 (Junior CRA)

About the role

iQVIA Czech Republic is looking for a talented and motivated team member to join its Sponsor dedicated team as a junior Clinical Research Associate. The position offers the chance to gain experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas and build a strong career within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices against regulatory requirements such as Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines
• Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion and data query resolutions
• Collaborate with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline or health care
• Experience in the pharma industry and/or clinical trials environment
• Excellent command of Czech and English
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
• Flexibility to travel and a class B driver's licence
