Concept Designer – Retail Display (Fashion)

About the role

As a Concept Designer for retail display in the fashion sector, you will work closely with client design teams in Czechia to transform creative ideas into practical, sustainable in‑store experiences. You will bridge imagination and execution by developing detailed specifications, 3D visuals and presentation assets that ensure cost‑efficiency, manufacturability and visual impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design striking retail display items that combine aesthetics, practicality and production efficiency.
• Respond to briefs with commercially savvy concepts and develop fixtures with a focus on materials, cost and sustainability.
• Create mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals and presentation decks to communicate design stories.
• Collaborate with account managers, engineers and production teams, and present ideas directly to clients.
• Embed sustainability into every design decision, considering materials, carbon footprint and modularity.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Degree in Product, Industrial, Furniture, 3D Design or a related field.
• Proven experience with retail executions in the Czech market, preferably fashion.
• Hands‑on experience designing permanent point‑of‑sale retail displays.
• Strong visual storytelling and sketching abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
