Customer Experience Agent (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

As a Dutch‑speaking Customer Experience Agent at waterdrop®, you will be the friendly voice guiding customers through their inquiries and issues. You will work in a vibrant, dog‑friendly office in Brno, helping to shape a brand‑new customer experience team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer questions and requests via phone and email.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of waterdrop® products, systems and processes.
• Handle complaints, follow up on cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose ideas and implement solutions.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch with very good English communication skills.
• Strong active‑listening, empathy and a pro‑customer mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Team player who can adapt and be flexible in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
