Customer Experience Consultant – Logistics

About the role

Join Maersk’s international team in Prague as a Customer Experience Consultant. You will be the main point of contact for small to mid‑size customers, ensuring their shipments are managed smoothly from start to finish while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end shipment processes for Essential Services customers, adhering to company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a portfolio of customers, monitor financial status and develop business knowledge.
• Respond to daily emails and calls, providing timely and professional support.
• Coordinate ocean shipments and related logistics tasks.
• Build strong relationships with offshore teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the shipment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with multiple logistics or ERP systems.
