Customer Service Advisor (Polish) – Remote

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, e‑mails, social‑media messages and live‑chat inquiries.
• Assist customers with service‑related issues and inform them about promotional events.
• Work scheduled shifts (morning 09:00‑17:45 or afternoon 13:15‑22:00) with no cold‑calling.

Required profile

• Good computer skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly identify customer problems, set priorities and manage daily tasks.
• Client‑oriented attitude, patience and strong communication in Polish and English.
• Team player comfortable in a call‑center environment; living in the Czech Republic is a plus.
