Customer Service - E-Commerce & Master Data Specialist

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Customer Service - E-Commerce & Master Data Specialist in Prague. The role analyses, manages and develops dematerialised data flows across three channels (GHX, Hospitalis and the J&J Customer Connect portal), corrects order anomalies so they can be processed in the J&J ERP, keeps product and customer information up to date and supports the promotion of the portal to health professionals. The position is initially fixed term (one year).

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and correct order anomalies so they are integrated into the J&J ERP on time, and report recurring anomalies to managers.
• Send orders to GHX regularly (checked every 20 orders) and ensure all orders received before 5:30 p.m. are sent.
• Keep product and customer information accurate for the service providers and manage requests to create or modify JDE customer accounts and products.
• Manage product restrictions, certificate deposits and actions to improve the customer database.
• Monitor CHORUS PRO daily and send the address book monthly to the e-channel.
• Take part in team meetings, propose process improvements and support the growth of the touchless web platform: train users, manage a client portfolio, provide onboarding and technical support, and drive business development and customer follow-up.
• Advise on the best customer communication channel for each customer and support other departments, the sales force and franchise teams.
• Meet quality and compliance requirements (HCC/HCBI/Anti-Corruption/FCPA/US-GCC/Privacy/SOX/QA/Safe Fleet) and report adverse events and quality complaints on time.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Team spirit and adaptability.
• Willingness to work closely with cross-functional and external partners.

What we offer

• Base pay range of CZK 461,000 to CZK 742,900.
