Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Mouser Electronics' Brno Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling orders, quotes, and inquiries while upholding the company’s values and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, returns, and special handling requests with high accuracy.
• Provide product availability information, cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities, and promotional items.
• Research, expedite, and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Supply catalogs, information, or samples as requested.
• Support local Customer Service teams and assist other departments when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service role or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
• Strong commitment to quality, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and negotiation.
• Excellent planning, organization, and a structured work approach.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, energetic, and able to work well in a cross‑cultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
