Customer Service Sales Specialist

About the role

Wabtec in Pilsen (FAIVELEY TRANSPORT CZECH a.s.) is looking for a Customer Service Sales Specialist to join its Customer Service team. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, Manufacturing and Technical Support across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial offers for spare parts, price lists and LCCs.
• Manage customer inquiries and coordinate quotations from request to submission.
• Support business development in the aftermarket and service portfolio.
• Work with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Service and Project teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Prepare pricing calculations, cost analyses and commercial documentation.
• Take part in tender and bidding processes for local and international customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and coordinate their requirements internally.
• Ensure accurate administration of customer requests, quotations and commercial data, and take part in customer meetings and presentations when needed.

Required profile

• Secondary or university education in Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, sales support or order administration in a manufacturing or international company is very welcomed.
• Very good command of English and Czech.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a dynamic international environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Problem-solving skills and strong accountability.
