Customer Service Specialist – E‑commerce (German)

About the role

The MedTech Customer Service Specialist for E‑commerce & CMD ensures timely, accurate order processing and seamless integration with e‑channels and service providers, supporting the growth of touchless web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch to meet next‑day delivery targets while maximizing automated order integration.
• Monitor, analyse, and resolve order and data anomalies, identifying root causes and driving continuous process improvements.
• Maintain and update product catalogues, address books, and supporting documentation for seamless e‑channel integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to optimise order management processes.
• Support deployment, adoption, and growth of digital customer platforms through training and technical support.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
