Customer Solutions Engineer

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Engineer you will play a key role in designing and implementing elevators and escalators for new buildings across the Czech Republic. You will work closely with the sales team, investors and architects to deliver tailored transport solutions. The position involves intensive collaboration with both local and global KONE teams and the management of technical documentation and orders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and realise elevator and escalator systems for a variety of new‑construction projects.
• Maintain intensive communication with internal teams in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and worldwide.
• Process and manage technical documentation and customer orders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field or relevant experience in construction/engineering design.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Communicative English (written and spoken) combined with analytical thinking, teamwork and strong communication skills.
