Customer Support Advisor (Croatian) – Remote

About the role

Join Concentrix’s customer service team supporting a popular retail shop. Work from home with company‑provided equipment, handling inbound customer inquiries in Croatian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls, e‑mails, and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with service‑related questions and ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Handle inbound calls only, following a rotating shift pattern (8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00) including some weekends and bank holidays.
• Document interactions, update case details, and perform back‑office tasks such as processing requests.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex cases and share insights to improve processes.

Required profile

• Native Croatian and communicative level of English (spoken and written); written Serbian is a plus.
• Interest in fashion and a positive, customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong collaboration, flexibility, and team‑player attitude.
• Good computer skills with solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Organised, able to set priorities and manage daily tasks effectively.
