Customer Support Representative – Prague

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers in Prague. You will manage the entire order‑to‑invoice process, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order‑to‑fulfilment activities in line with service levels and customer requirements.
• Process customer orders, back‑orders, returns, replacements, and credit/debit notes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email professionally.
• Monitor and manage the order fulfilment pipeline to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
• Maintain customer information and process transactions on customer platforms.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance internal processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent professional knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an international, matrix‑organised environment.
• Experience in Customer Service or other customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication, problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Structured, reliable and collaborative way of working.
