Data Analyst – Internal Audit

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Internal Audit team at Swixx Biopharma in Prague. The role will support audit planning, execution and reporting through advanced data analytics, visualisation and automation, embedding analytics into audit workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to identify anomalies, trends and risk indicators across processes such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procurement and Compliance.
• Develop and automate audit tests for control effectiveness, including duplicate payments, access violations and segregation‑of‑duties conflicts.
• Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate audit findings and real‑time risk indicators to stakeholders.
• Support continuous risk assessment and audit planning using predictive models and historical data.
• Maintain and enhance the Internal Audit analytics toolset (Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, ACL, IDEA) and integrate analytics into the GRC platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in internal audit, compliance, finance or a regulated environment.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.
