Data & Reporting Analyst – Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

ISS STOXX is looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join its Enterprise Risk Management team in Prague. You will support the risk management program by collecting data, automating reports, and analysing risk information for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse risk data, prepare management presentations and support enterprise risk reporting.
• Develop, maintain and improve reporting automation processes and data transfer scripts.
• Collect monitoring results for key risk indicators, prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Identify improvement opportunities in risk reporting and support incident management and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience or a Master's degree with little to no experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2) and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (large datasets, VBA/macros or similar scripting).
• Experience with reporting automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SharePoint or similar analytical tools.
