Data Science Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on leader to own and grow our Prague Data Science team, delivering high‑impact data science and process‑intelligence projects for clients across industries. You will combine people‑management with technical delivery, ensuring quality, scalability and measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Prague Data Science team, setting goals, providing feedback and shaping the office culture.
• Lead complex data science and process‑intelligence projects from concept through delivery, designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Design solution architectures that embed security and maintainability from the start.
• Build strong client relationships, align expectations and identify additional value opportunities.
• Manage operational aspects such as capacity planning, staffing coordination and project budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands‑on skills across the stack – data engineering, modelling and front‑end delivery.
• Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical output into business impact.
• Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders, fluent in English.
• Alignment with company values and leadership principles.
