Data Scientist (Process Intelligence / Celonis)

About the role

Join Processand, a leading implementation partner for Celonis, to turn complex process data into actionable insights that drive digital transformation for global clients. You will work on a variety of industries, helping organisations optimise order‑to‑cash, procurement, supply‑chain and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise core and support processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Gather, cleanse and prepare event‑log data from multiple source systems, ensuring high data quality.
• Build compelling visualisations and dashboards using Celonis Process Intelligence and related analytics tools.
• Collaborate with clients to design, implement and roll out process improvements across finance, supply‑chain, logistics and more.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate insights and share best practices.
• Gain cross‑industry exposure, working with manufacturing, technology, retail and other sectors.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex problems.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and SQL.
• Ideally some experience in process consulting or with process‑mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio or UiPath.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business value.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Entrepreneurial, curious and agile mindset.
