Delivery Team Lead – Marketing & Development

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Team Lead to head our delivery department, overseeing performance marketers and web developers. You will ensure projects are launched quickly, delivered without delays, and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery teams, set priorities and keep focus on results.
• Optimize service launch time, delivery processes and minimize delays.
• Identify and resolve crisis situations, retain clients and mitigate risks early.
• Improve daily operational processes through templates, tools and delegation.
• Collaborate with sales, account managers and HR on expectations, hiring and mentoring.

Required profile

• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian to communicate with the team.
• Proven experience as a team lead in marketing or development.
• Strong process‑oriented mindset and ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and make decisions.
